Something weird happened yesterday. I went to take off and my hubs were not locked in I put it in 4 low because I was on a hill and didnt want to slip the clutch a ton (3.73 gears and 33's) I heard a noise in my front end, got out to check and oil was pouring out the bottom right side of my front differential and there is a hole about 1 inch big with something protruding out of it. Im wondering if its still safe to drive around or will the frontend lock up? It seems like its safe since the axle shafts shouldnt spin with the hubs unlocked..

if u do that and its a truck u drive on the road make sure to shorten the passenger side by 6" a walkthrough is in the tech library, that way u run a passenger side EB axle, you will have approximatly the same width at stock.

cops tend to not like small trucks with full width axles

wow that sucks man if you do go full width and cover it good cops wont hassle you much at least were i live
