Basically
-1990 ranger, 119” wheelbase, front axle about 10” forward, rear about 16” forward, and cut 19” out of the frame, 44” TSLs on 15” rims,
-1992 mustang 5.0L with some bolt ons, mildly built C6, KluneV (4:1), NP 205.
-Ford king pin D60, with moser inners, Yukon outers, long fields and a Detroit, shortened to about 62” WMS to WMS
-Custom front three link with tracbar, Lowers 46” long, 2.5”x 3/8” DOM with 1 ¼” evos, upper 46” long, 2.25” x 3/8” DOM with 1” evos, early bronco 24” coil springs.
-D60 rear with 35 spline chromo Yukons, spool, skyjacker 6” lift leave springs.
1410s at the axles and 1350s at the T-case.

Nope, maybe I owned the suspension lift, but this is the same truck I had on 36's
