cylinder head question

ok, so i screwed up and ordered a complete small spring 8 plug head for my 93 ranger 2.3 liter 8 plug instead of the large spring that it had. my question is, is it possible to use it anyways? i hope so lol. was just planning on a quick and easy swap out for my cracked head, and i ordered the wrong damn one. any help would be appreciated.. if its a question of power or something i dont care. i only use to go to and from work.

the intake manifold being different is ultimately what is going to hold me back from the swap.

but if you want to sell your new head let me know haha.

Stay with the 89-94 dual plug head.

its the same head .. just smaller springs.. apparently i had a choice when i ordered of large springs or small springs and didnt realize. i recieved one with small hive shape springs. instead of the large straight cylinder shaped ones it had before
