Randy you need to give us more information. Is the cat new? Is it the original factory cat? Why did you swap ox sensor? Is it new?
What were the symptoms before the swap? Did you look to see if it was red with the old sensor?
As much information as you can give will help the guys here.

It was starting to run ruff and engine light came on I went to Over Reilly's and put it on there on there code machine and it read co 2 senser so I had them replaced and it read co 2 auto correct motor and had it replaced and now the cyclats converter glows red hot no the factory one

a RED HOT catalytic converter is Invariably a sign of a grotesquely excess quantity of unburned fuel reaching it...

It is still there it still has the Miss in it and that was after they cut a hole in the exhaust system before the converter it still has the factory converters on it like it is getting to much gas so I don't know what the cause is unless it has a vacuum leak or the mother board needs replacing

Who on earth cut a hole in your exhaust pipe? Seal that back up before you do anything else, it's screwing with your O2 sensors and your fuel/air mix, and it's surely contributing to your problem.

I agree! Who the heck cuts a hole in the exhaust, really? I'd like to help but I think I'll leave this one alone.

If you have a misfire, check your grounds, coil pack, wires and plugs. Like everyone said, plug the hole in the exhaust it is throwing off you AFR causing it to run rich.
