Cruise

Is adding cruise to a 95+ (OBD II) Ranger just a matter of getting all the factory cruise componets (column/sterring wheel, cumputer, actuator, cables, etc)?

And do all Rangers with cruise also have tilt wheel?

I think cruise is integrated into the computer, but I am not positive.

I've always been under the impression that all modern (something like gen 3- present) Rangers have cruise control, but apparently not.

No, I have a 2009 V6 and no cruise.
