creeking front end causes?

so my fron end is starting to creek when i turn and every once in a while when the truck leans from sided to side. what are common causes for this? any easy grease fittings i can hit with my grease gun? its a 1999 4wd

No grease fittings period if all the joints are factory still. The usual cause for a noise like that when turning is usually a tie rod end that is seizing. Could also be a seizing balljoint.

I haven't had this problem on my ranger yet. My old Honda's used to creak at the anti sway bar linkages.

just replaced my balljoints on my 99 and its did the same noise so check them
