Hes got alot of $ into this rig. And he gave me so many extras...brand new gauges, chilton manuals, cb, axles etc. I feel like it was a steal.
I cant wait for this shitty weather to pass, I do all of my work in the uncovered driveway.

Nice project man.You gonna be ready for wheeling in a few months? Adam's truck is up and driving again and should be ready for a shakedown run in a bit.My jeep should also be running in hopefully two months so we can all get together and go wheeling.

hell yeah Ill be ready. by then I should have the ranger where I want it, or at least have some of the crap done that Ive been putting off (locked d35 and rad arms)
I will be doing some wheeling long before that. Probably go up in a week or two and do a trail run. I will hit you up when I go if you want to ride shotgun.

There's some sick shit past the Wardolf mine off Guenella pass in George town. A pretty good senic trail with some obsticles and white knuckling towards the end if it's still snowed in or muddy. Takes ya up about 16 thousand feet. You can almost see denver from it.

I am kind of curious as to how this tranny will hold up behind the 4.0 He said its a rebuilt C5 3-speed auto with C4 valvebody. I really dont know much about these old transmissions.
