Just remember... the EEC relay has to energize before the ECM... fuel pump relay will get power.

I'm just throwing that out there again. Simply because it seems you are chasing a moving target.

Hmm, computer is not grounding the LB/O to cycle the fuel pump relay. BUT, you should now be able to ground the test port terminal for the fuel pump relay, and the fuel pump relay should click and the fuel pump should run. That will test everything except the computer. The fuel pump relay and it's wiring, the wiring to the fuel pump/inertia switch, and the fuel pump itself.

Make sure you turn the key to run when doing the test port grounding test.

alrighty changed the computer back to the new one after fixing those wires and i have fuel pump noise and pressure on the rail but now i have no spark. Changed the ignition coil and the corroded connector to the coil and still no spark. on a side note i have an orange and possibly white live wire floating around on the drivers side front fender area and a broken ground that grounds to the intake on the drivers side, any ideas on what they do?

If that ground is a fairly large diameter wire, that goes from the intake over and bolts to the ignition coil frame to ground the coil. The inner fender is plastic, so that ground is important for the coil.

Alright, after some finagling i took the wiring harness from my old truck put it on moose and low and behold i have fuel pump noise and spark. New problem however, i turned it over and it took a while to start and then it did and the engine revved to 4000 rpm for 2 seconds and then died as if it flooded. Any suggestions now? Im figuring its sensors i might not have hooked up right or something i may be missing.
