Cranking The Torsion Bars

now i have a 99 ranger XLT 2wd...i never herd of CRANKING THE TORSION BARS, is this possible on my ranger?

nevermind..answered my own question...

You can crank the torsion bar for a higher stance but by doing that you lose some suspension travel. No worries if its a street vehicle but if you do anything offroad you wont be as flexible.

1) Moved from to stock 4x4 and Offroad Suspensions, as this doesn't belong in Extreme.

2) Unless you have the Edge or Tremor pkg, you do not have torsion bar front suspension.
