I was thinkin about usin jb weld, would that effect anything since the cracks are just on the dust cover?

Uh yea, cracks are a good indication of abuse.

abuse as in somebody not caring about there stuff and throwing stuff on them yea but not by being pushed hard.

Im just going to return the subs since I have no idea how the cracks in the dust cover will effect the sound or how long they will last. Helll, I don't even think they'll fit behind my seats, especially when my friends complain about my 10s, it also helps that im 5'3"...on a good day...wearing boots....lol

wow almost a legal midget lol. but yea its hard to tell how they got there. most likely by something being thrown on them
