Thoughts on these?

They are the most reasonably priced custom fit covers I have found.

+/- $150

I absolutely HATE the sloppy fit and crap of the "universal fit" ones.

But can't justify $300+ for seat covers in a 15-year-old pickup!
It ain't a show truck.
It's got 139,000 miles.
It's a semi-daily, stuff hauler, and eventually small camper tugger.

Hell I can barely justify the $150!

I think that's the brand the boss bought for our leased company truck. They're ok. Still slide around some, but that may be due to installer error. I wasn't there when they were put on.

I have the higher level cocercraft ones and they are great. So great, when i got rid of my other truck, i got the same ones for the new ranger

Do you remember which ones?

About the upper end of what I feel like spending would be these.

Having seen neoprene in use on desk chairs, I'd say it's a good idea for a truck that gets used.

I hate the smell of neoprene. All my wetsuits for surfung scuba diving smelled horrible no matter what you did. Not that they retained any smells, but that nasty rubbery smell

I wonder if those wouldn't small as bad because they are the "NeoSupreme" not true Neoprene, they don't have the waterproof layer which I would assume is the rubber layer.

@SenorNoob , I was actually wondering if it would wear faster because it's basically only the outer layer.
But based on my use case I don't see it wearing that fast.
The OE seat cloth is just starting to fray on the outer edge of the driver side seat bolster.
It's 15 years old, it has 139,000 miles, and I will buy 10,000 miles a year on it AT MOST.
I don't use it as a "work truck" as a contractor or anything; it's a backup daily driver, weekend stuff-doer, etc...

Not a clue there.

If I wanted the ultimate in durability I'd look for some old school saddle blanket style. They're so heavy they don't move much.

I bought the saddle blanket style covers from Saddleman for both trucks. I've been a happy with them so far but they do seem a bit scratchy, which may be an issue in the summer. I got mine in the fall because I got tired of scrubbing the black seats that seem to show everything.

Build quality is great. Real saddle blanket material and the side panels are a heavier material than the cheap universal covers. They have also pretty much stayed put after installation.
