Coronavirus

There is some merit though:

When I see "infowars" the first thing I think of is the old Impala I see around town with an "Infowars" bumper sticker along with a bunch of tinfoil hat stickers...

Those are at least legitimate articles pointing to flaws in the system that supports the WHO.

People want to blame China, but our government knew there was a virus there, and downplayed it. Experts warned that we were vulnerable to a pandemic, and we ignored it. The Spanish Flu pandemic killed 670,000 Americans, and it took two years for it to finally go away through social distancing. You'd think we'd learn from that horrible time in history.

The USA is full of dumbasses that don't social distance, don't take the threat seriously, and don't believe it can happen to them.

Right now the problem isn't China. You don't have to look very far to find the problem.

If it is on the internet it must be true. :icon_thumby:

I just had a guy having a fit he couldn't wait for a radiator hose. I could have had it first thing in the morning (with a probably 90% success rate) "Can't wait, what if JD screws up?" so he is driving to the closest dealer that has it. Going from SW Iowa to south central Minnesota. Then he can still basically get it tomorrow (he won't be back until 10 or 11 tonight) along with whatever other germ and virus he can find between here and there.

And he is in his 60's too.

You got that right. The town next to mine, Lakewood NJ, breaks up a gathering everyday. They currently have 4x the amount of cases as my town.
Just yesterday they broke up an engagement party and charged everyone with breaking the new social distancing rules. They also charged the couple with 6 counts each of child endangerment.(they had all 6 of their kids there.)

This is happening everyday there! They broke up a wedding of over 250 people this week.

Holy crap!! ☠

The Spanish Flu, 1918-1920 probably came from China, where ever the most people are is where these viruses can mutate easiest, thats just the way it works

And this strain of the H1N1 virus didn't kill as many in Asia, which could mean the people there had already been exposed to less deadly but similar virus in previous Flu seasons so had some immunity to it

It was called the Spanish Flu because Spain was the first to notify the rest of the world about it
Most of Europe was effected by WW1, News was Blacked out, Spain was not under a news blackout

US got this bug from returning soldiers in 1918 and it spread VERY quickly, end of WW1 and thousands of infected soldiers came home
Many didn't die from the H1N1 but from self treatment
Doctors were using Aspirin to treat the symptoms, but as usual if a little is good then ALOT must be better, but unknown at the time was aspirin poisoning which causes fluid build up in the lungs, same as H1N1 does, so you died from a combination of H1N1 and too much aspirin

2009 saw another outbreak of H1N1, but it was an odd DNA combination of North American swine influenza, North American avian influenza, human influenza, and swine influenza virus so not from China, it happens
This was a North American bug, that went world wide

I just want to know if they fulfilled Joe Diffie's last request ??‍♂️

All the bars are closed. :dntknw:

There was a John Deere and pickup parade in his neighborhood though.

Louisiana Attorney General "Jeff Landry: ‘If You Want to Lay Blame’ for Coronavirus, ‘Point Fingers at China’"

The U.S.-China economic relationship needs “recalibration,” determined Landry. He advised Congress to “support manufacturing” of “vital components that we need right here in the United States.” He also pointed out that China was who should be held responsible for the coronavirus instead of the partisan finger-pointing occurring in America.

“I think it’s irresponsible to start pointing fingers unless you want to point fingers at China, which is where the virus started,” he noted. “To me, if you want to lay blame, that’s where you should lay blame. Right now, we should all be working together, trying to find ways in which we can both combat the spread of the virus and try to make sure the patients who get it recover.”
