I'm almost in the northwest corner of New England (Plattsburgh, NY) and was born in Vermont. Does that count?
I’d love to live up in that direction. Spent some time in college in Vermont and find myself in New Hampshire about every other year. Maybe once my son is on his own in another 8-10 years it’ll be worth considering.

It's a nice part of the country. My only complaint is the lack of off road friendly public land. My area of northern NY, northern Vermont, northern NH, and most of the interior of Maine is pretty sparsely populated for the most part, with plenty of things to do other than wheeling. Vermont has their class 4 roads and NH has their class 6 roads but most of that is a closely guarded secret among those who wheel them, mostly so they don't get destroyed.

I've gone to the Lancaster NH area since I was born, my family owns a seasonal camp on a lake in that area, it's always a nice change of pace for a bit. I've also got family in the southern part of NH. My girlfriend is from the Burlington VT area, and all of her family still lives over that way as well, at least one of us is over there at least once a month, haha.
