cluth peddle or somthign else

i have a 86 ford ranger with a 1,2,3,4 and drive... is that a five speed ?

but any way it was working great, then i was showing my brother that it wont go in to first if im goin fast, and i didnt even push hard i wasnt gonna. now the cluth peddle feek weird and it wont only at the top of the peddle

is this the cluth or is there a clutch cable that might if broke or something??

not going into first at speeds above 25mph is totally normal

i don't see any connection between shifting and clutch operation so maybe its just worn anyway

yeah i figured it was normal, but i was showing that it wouldnt go in then the nextthing i know when i let the clutch back out and gave it gas it just reved up like it was in nutral and it wsnt and now the peddle feel weird and it wont engage only on top of the peddle befor it was normal
