Clutch replacement price?

hey your nto far from ft sill are you? Most army bases have a do it yourself shop, You should see if one of the soldier mechs would do it for you for 2-300. or less. It would be pocket change for the troop and a discount for you. 500 is avg price but I wouldnt pay it. Disregard since your already done with it LOL

As far as the gun, I know alot of people who get about that many rounds downrange and begin to 'compensate' for recoil, they end up pushing forward on the weapon anticipating the blowback which in turn has them shooting low, just a though

Thats funny. Not too far from Ft. Sill. Well, I work at Tinker AFB automotive. And you have seen some of these army mechs actually works'. Sorry, after working on so many of their vehicles. I could never trust them with mine.

As for the S&W 629. It wasn't me. I shot 50rds one day and I thought my hand was just uneasy. Shot another 50rds 2 weeks later only to miss the paper completely. After maxing out the sights, I was able to hit 2" below target. A laser bore sighter confirmed something was not aligned. It was dead on out of the box. 3rd shot I took out the X at 15yds. Somewhere around shot 36 ~ 48, it started to stray. Either way, its already shipped back to S&W factory for repairs.
