clutch pedal stays down

I have a 90 4x4 5 speed, when I push the clutch it barely comes back up. If i keep pulling it back up with my toe I can still shift through the gears fine. Could this be the system just needs bleed? No odd noices or anything.

Something is wrong. Could be the clutch is getting stuck in disenage. But it is something you need to check out.

IT sounds liek the clutch itgself is fine as well as pressure plate, there is a spring behind the pedal that brings it back forward when the clutch is engaged. I would crawl under the dash and dissemble your clutch pedal like youwould if you were gonna mess withthe tranny, and check out this spring. I would also clean the pivot.
