Will any other engines clutch kit work on the 2.3 4cyl for my 94 Ranger? Im wondering if the ones from a 2.8/2.9 or other V-6 engines will work or maybe even from the Turbo 2.3 's that was in Mustangs & T-birds.

why are you wondering? there's nothing wrong with the clutch thats out there for the 2.3L with the M5OD...

wondering about a stronger then stock clutch, running larger tires & have been hauling heavy loads lately & clutch will need to be replaced with in the next month or so.

Is the stock clutch not holding with the loads you are carrying? They do make aftermarket clutches for the 2.3, but even the stock replacement LUK clutch has much more of a torque holding capacity than the 2.3 is able to put out. A stock clutch will be more forgiving to slipping it while getting a heavy load going than an aftermarket clutch will be.

I'm running the LUK pro gold clutch on my 94 and it is a great clutch. It is actually 1/4 inch larger than the factory clutch and is pretty much the same price and it comes as a full kit.

Just make sure you replace or machine the flywheel and everything is clean when you install the clutch and no matter what clutch you use it will hold under the power that a 2.3 can put out. The stock clutch is virtually the same clutch that the turbocoupe uses and it has no problems holding the power of that either. http://www.clutchcityonline.com is a great place to get clutches, they have good prices and fast shipping. I think autozone carries the LUK clutches too.
