Why don't you ask the computer what it's bitching about?
OBD-II CELs CAN be due to a loose fuel cap, one of a few hundred wiring faults, loose spark plug wires, and a whole bunch of other things that have nothing to do with your vacuum lines.
It's EXTREMELY unreliable to guess. Since you have seen a CEL since you replaced the vacuum lines, you almost certainly have already guessed wrong.
