Clearing 35's

Ok so I have a 2000 ranger xlt 4x4 with 4.0. I have 285/75/16 on it right now. It has torsion crank and 3 inch rear blocks. Only have steel front bumper no fog bumper. Can I clear 315/75/16 or do I need a bl?

You will need the bodylift unless you like using a sawzall.
