I just bought a Silver 2002 XLT X-Cab Ranger last week, and I've already started eyeballing different mods that I would like to do. I've been trying to poke around using the search button, but I'm new here, and I'm getting all sorts of stuff that doesn't/partially pertains to me.
I like the honey comb griller better than the XLT grille. I want to paint the headlights, smoke the corners, and it would look better to get a black honey comb grille in the center to kinda balance it all out.
People are using terminology about dome style hoods, and open grilles, closed grilles.. etc.. I'm lost.
What would it take for me to switch my chrome XLT to honey comb?
What all do I need?
