Clamps for Factory Bed Rails?

I'm going to be looking at some factory style bed rails for my `03 Ranger and I want to be sure I'm getting all the hardware. How do they fasten to the bed, through the stake pockets, do they screw to the bed or some other way?

The rails 'clip' into the stake pockets, then clamps clamp the railcap to the bedrail. I believe it's 7 or 8 total clamps that secure the rails to the bedrails.

i can get you pics of what the clips look like (they are metal and I believe their are 8 and they have 8 LONG hex head bolts)
