Choosing wheels? Aluminum or steel?

Put it in the bed.
You'd rather have a spare that smaller than the rest of the tires? Uh.. I can't imagine that'd ride right...

I don't care if the rims match exactly, matching size is important for long distance or a wheeler though.

I am not throwing a spare in my bed. I'm not being a baby about it but I haul my jetski/dirtbike in the back of my bed quite frequently. Try fitting all your camping gear and two dirtbikes in the bed then put a 35" spare tire in the back. Its a pain in the butt to carry a spare in the bed. It bounces out if it isn't tied down. If it isn't locked or bolted down some crack head will steal it. I'm not spending $320 on a wheel and tire so they can all match and for someone can steal it.

Anyway, both my wheels and tires will be here tomorrow!:)

Having never really being around one, how does a person regularly haul a jetski in the back of a pickup?

Stupidly, that's how.
Too dumb or poor to buy a trailer and do it properly.
With that many toys why the heck don't you have a trailer....

And rather have a full size spare, than be stuck on the side of the road waiting hours for a tow truck to tow me home or to a shop.

Its easy. I have a Stand that it sits on that I roll it around in my garage so I can work on it or I can slide my jetski from the stand to the back of my truck. The reason I don't have a trailer is simply because I cannot haul two trailers at once. I used to have a fishing boat that I would haul behind my truck and have my jetski in the bed.

My old ski and my old truck. (Didn't care for either!)

Kinda rude don't you think? I have a trailer but don't care for it. Fullsize spare would be nice. Just don't want anything new or nice or someone WILL steal it.

Well, in his defense the way it worked out in my head it did seem pretty stupid. Either backing the truck in the lake and driving it in/out, hiring a football team to load/unload it for you, or using the big crane thing with straps they have at fancy marinia's to load/unload.

Not knowing stands existed it just didn't mesh. :dntknw:

You can always buy/build a roof rack.

Yeah I'm thinking thats a good idea!

You're right if I was talking about a sitdown jetski. I didn't clarify which one. Either way doesn't matter.
