What I meant in my previous post is this: If you do not take the time to read and do the research you need to figure out what parts you need, then you need to just drop the whole idea of a V8 swap. I don't mean to sound crass, it's just "tough love". Reading and doing research are the easy part of a swap. If you're not willing to do this, then you'll never accomplish the swap. We can give you advice on specific questions, but it's plainly obvious to most that with the question you asked, you never took the time to do some research first. We cannot do the swap for you. We've all gone thru the steps necessary to do the swap, now it's your turn. And now you say you're short on cash, that's all the more reason not to do a swap. It's gonna cost you at least 2 grand when you get finished, it could be less, but don't bet your daily driver truck on it.
