cheapest mods you have made to your rig

2 driving lights i bought from pep boiys for 10 bucks, had wiring snd switches at my shop and mounted them under my toolbox facing back towards the tailgate, helps when trying to see the cargo in the bed, or when backing my atv down ramps at night wiht no other lights, also lighting up way behind the truck for parking and also blinding the rice burners that seem to have their hids facing in my mirror, following way to close

I fixed my broken center console latch with some sheet metal from a heating duct I had laying around and 2 small screws.

On board air (still need to set it up again on my 4.0) I had all the parts for it laying around, and fender trimming, it's almost like free lift :D Winch was free too :thefinger:

Audiobahn 1000w sub and Tsunami 4200w amp. Free from my boss. :D

solid metal pole to the drivers side door

followed with a lot of bad words

i was all built at home the v8 swap up to now cost me 18 bucks in paint . every thing else came from my yard free.

I have two little clear LED's pointed out from under my radio (installed from behind my bezel, pointing through the bezel) aimed at my cup holders. It gets dark in the cab at night, so if you have a drink, you can't see where to put it down. These LED's keep the cup holders illuminated, but not bright enough to interfere with your driving.

bed-mounted the spare tire. sits upright in the box, secured to the side. had all the pieces laying around.
