When I had 31's on my Ranger the front tires would rub when i would brake hard or go offroading. So I came up with a simple cheap lift i could do with a little engineering and about 5 bucks 
I went to a local sports store and bought 2 hockey pucks for about 2 bucks each. I took them home and drilled holes in the middle for the threading to poke through. 1.5 inches of lift easy.
Firs picture is the spring coming out with a cheater bar, you might need someone else's help to hold the bar while you remove the spring.

Now with the spring out, you can see that you don't really have that much flex stock (i replaced the shocks to haha)

Now, if you have some, put some large washers on first, then the hockey puck spacer, and the cupped washer that was originally on the shock. Set the spring on the spacer, and thread the bolt back on.

I also replaced the shock, as the old one was the original hehe.

Not perfect, but for under 5 bucks its a cheap lift

Now you can see the height is a little higher, and the tires didn't rub at all after that
