The chat button doesnt show up on all skins. I had to switch to the TRS White one for it to show up. So people may be using a skin that doesnt have the button.

Last two posts are contradicting. When I click chat a chat program does not pop up, instead a different website does. One of you say this is right, the other does not. Little help?
