Central Tenn. - North Ala. Wheelin' Dec.12th

Anybody happen to have a high lift jack to bring along? I'm hoping my tires will make it alright, but I guess I will throw my spare back on the carrier just in case.

I got a 12 ton bottle jack and a bunch of 2x10 planks and some 4x4's I keep with me...

Yep, I have a cb, I wouldn't go without it! :icon_thumby:

Nothing to elaborate, just a semi-compact Midland, it does the job though!
Before anybody says anything.....yes, I need to clean out my garage! :shok:
B2CBMOUNT.jpg

Hey John, I finally found the correct mount for that whip I had...its a commercial style antenna mount. I found the adapter that fits it, I just need to get the base that goes to it, I have an extra one from one of my fire trucks, I'm gonna use that one so I should have a better signal for next time...

i used to have a pretty nice 5ft firestick cb antenna and i was flying down the interstate in my explorer and it flew off. that thing shattered! sucks!

Yeah, I had dual 120" stainless steel whips, but without a spring mount, they didn't last too long out at Turkey Bay...the trees did a hell of a number on them, broke em at the antenna base:bawling:
SVT

yea, ive gone through a few like that! i just came back from a truck stop looking at a new antenna. 20 bucks for a 4ft fiberglass antenna, mounting bracket, and 10 ft cable... might go back tomorrow and get it! :icon_bounceblue:
