center console recovering

My center console lid is getting really worn out, so I thought about recovering it. Does anyone know how to remove the lid from the console. I don't see any bolts or screws holding it on anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the help. I finally got it off, that felt is really hard to get off of there. It ends up the plastic frame for the latch was broke off also. What do you all think I should use to glue it back together, JB weld or Gorilla Glue?
