Cell Phones While Driving

I figured that, since I don't have any real friends to talk to anyways, I can just drive and talk to Jesus, Bruce Lee, Elvis, or even Leonardo (yes, we're on a first name basis) any damn time I please...and I do this while driving with my cell phone sitting on the dash board...

If a police officer tries to pull me over and give me a fine, I'm gonna let them talk to the friend I was talking too just to verify that I wasn't using my cell phone...

at least one county in New York that i know of , maybe the state did it now too , i dont really pay attention anymore , passed a texting while driving ban , but the catch is in oreder to write you a ticket for it they have to stop you for something unrelated
