I'am an idiot so I numbered the prongs so you could tell me how to wire them?

It's a bit hard to see which is which in that pic because of the angle (#3 is for sure your ground or negative though).

Don't you have an ohmmeter? (or even a continuity tester?) That'll make it real easy to determine which of the other two is the tip contact.

1. is for the positive speaker wire
2. can be used for the positive speaker wire
3 is ground.
the connector you have is the wrong one really it is a stereo plug but should work if you use the 1 or 2 for the positive wire from the speaker
