Carb issues....continued

I appreciate the help that has been sent thus far.....but still no luck. However, I have been "foraging" through the internet, and came across something called the "Nutter Bypass".....does anyone know if this acutally works. I personally would like to get rid of the computer controls to the 2150 carb, but don't really want to hack up more wiring for something that proves useless.
Any thoughts????
