cant get the ignition rotor off

hey yall, i was doing a tune up on my b2 today and i couldn't get one of the screws off my rotor, does anyone have any tricks on how i could get it off? i think i striped the screw

vice grips....

the rotor, and there isnt enuf room to get vice grips in there, i tryed

use a stubby screwdriver and grab the handle on it with vice grips so you can push down hard while you turn. If you are careful you can break the plastic part on both sides of the screw and pry it off. Just make sure the new rotor screws are good and tight when you put it back together.
