Can you add a coil spacer and spring

Never do this. Just buy taller coil springs. I bought Sprintech 2 inch taller springs years ago and they are still in great shape and work great. I added a 3inch spindel lift from Fabtech and the Springtech coil springs at the same time. Got real good lift and I do love how nice a ride it makes on my 2wd Ranger. Check Ebay. Great prices and very well made coil springs. You will have to do an alingmnet when you lift your truck and that is an extra cost.
That is, assuming he has a 98+ 2wd coil sprung Ranger.....

Last time I read through the inspection code, it stated that you could use lift blocks/spacers on the rear axle only in PA.

Unless they changed it since two years ago, it's in there. Of course, nobody seems to really pay attention to it. Kinda like the whole bumper height "law" was never actually passed, but it's in the code anyway.

This applies to leaf sprung solid axle trucks. It is illegal to have lift blocks in the front. Coil spacers are perfectly legal

last ? can you fit 33's with a 2 inch spacer and 3 inch body lift and it is a 2wd splash

If you're a good enough mechanic, you can make ANYTHING fit bud.
