I have an '08 extended cab with the factory am/fm stereo. The speakers are located in the doors and my question is that above the rear jump seats, there are speaker grills with no speakers and I was wondering if there are speaker wires leading up to these in case I decide to add speakers in these locations later in the future?

Have you considered pulling the grilles (four screws) to look?

just for advice, maybe there are no wires, my mom just got a 03 ranger base model(no xlt badge) and with the basic radio, no cd or cassette, so i replaced it with my 99 dual media (cd and cassette)stock radio since i have a pioneer on mine, so i checked the rear speakers and there are no speakers and no wires also so if u want spekares there u have to run your own wires
