camshaft position sensor

i have a 2000 2.5l, i have a new cam and followers, but i cannot install them until i find a way to bypass the cam position sensior, anyone know how to do this or have done it?

The sensor is located on the auxilary shaft, actually the oil pump not the camshaft. It shouldn't be a problem if you are just changing the cam and followers.shady

well im putting in a stage one cam so itll set off the sensor, thus causing my truck not to run
