Its a "roll bar".

Actually since its just mounted to the bed, its a light bar not a roll bar. A roll bar is generally mounted directly to the frame and doesn't have the bends in it. With bends in it and being mounted to the bed (wimpy metal that tears easy in an accident) it serves no purpose in a roll over. But feel free to call it whatever you want, everyone does anyway.
