c4/4x4 linkages

[85fordranger]

i am doing a v8 swap with my 85 ford ranger 4x4, i was wondering how people have made the linkages work, for the transfer case and the tranny, any help would be appretiated.

Used stock 1350 T-Case linkage and a B&M Mega shifter for the C-4.
