BW1350/1350 Doubler

buy one in the states on Ebay and have it shipped.. cheaper than $500 and well worth it with the improvments over the BW cases..... BUT thats in my instance... on a truck like yours I dont see the NEED for front dig, would just be a plus, ya know?

4x4junkie, how did you fab the radius cross support to fit the driveline below it?

Here is how I had mine.

That looks real nice. I have stock radius arms and the stock mounts. Im thinkin about cuttin out the cross support where the driveline goes through and weldin a piece of 5" pipe in the gap to raise the clearance.

You're running stock radius arms and a doubler??

You should be running longer arms on the suspension if you're going into places where you need a doubler lol.
With longer arms the stock arm crossmember will be absent.

Copykat pictured his transmission crossmember. Mine's the same concept except I made the tube sweep forward slightly rather than upward to give the shaft clearance for uptravel.
You should however be able to use your stock trans xmember IF the rear t-case is clocked up just a hair (I ran my stock xmember for quite awhile until I finally mangled it to s#!t on a rock).

I can take a pic of mine too if you want.

Here is mine.

If you're going to buy extended arms, Skyjacker's seem to be the best made out there.

You'll save a crapload of cash making them yourself though.
Search Homemade Radius Arms on the forum here, you should be able to bring up some posts I, and several others have made.

Here's a pic of mine I made out of the stock arms using a 20" length of 2" O.D. .250 wall DOM tubing (they are extended 12" over stock length), and my trans crossmember

Check out my BII Cardomain page, there's a bunch more arm pics on my Suspension page.
