I hope this has not been posted before But i am sure that it has. I use the search with no luck. SO, N-e-ways I am looking for front axle (Pass side)shafts for my D35 TTB and I would like to maby use new ones. Do any of you guys know where to get them from other than a Junk yard? I have been looking on the net with out any luck either. I will take any help, Thanks Guys.

I will most likely end up using a Junk yard shafts But new ones would be great. I tore down my d35 pass side today and pulled the shaft. The U- Joint was really bad. When i was getting it out with my press I bent the yolk Just a bit. Now when i put the new u-joints in I can't get them in far enough to put the clips on and they are all the way in. I figured I would just get a new shaft and try again. But with a J/y shaft I don't want the same thing to happen again.

Straighten the ears. A couple raps with a hammer will put it back where it should be.

Definitely not a reason to buy a new axle shaft.

What would happen if I got the u joint in all the way but did not get the c-clips on? My truck will be mostly a street queen with very mild off road use.

The caps will work them selves out of the ears.

Install your u joint and hit the ears outwards with a hammer till the clips go on.

I will give it a shot, I don't have much exp with u-joints. Thanks for the help.
