BUYER BEWARE: chapnutz_#1

bought a skyjacker pitman arm ($100) and some headers ($160) so $260 shipped....

well after a few weeks of waiting i get a small box on my step....it was completely empty...no pitman arms no stuffing and just a small piece of tape on one end and its ripped open

got ahold of him said he would make a claim with ups and they would call me in 3-6 weeks.....didnt hear anything for a month and the headers hadnt showed up...finally harassed him about the headers and they finally came in kept bringing up the money for the pitman arm...all of a sudden nothing..

You might want to go make some trouble at the local post office too. We sold some of the old lady's old text books on Amazon, put one in the envelopes the PO tells you to use for books, wrapped two others up in that heavy wrapping paper and lots of packing tape. None of those three made it, just the front parts with the address info. It happens a lot with things that have to pass through the Philly depot.

When you buy online ALWAYS use a money order from the post office!!!!!!! Reason
It is federal money and a federal offense for item not delivered. A friend of mine was buying R/C parts online and never received merchandise. The guy was busted while on a fishing trip in Oregon and is now in Jail.

X2, or I use my visa, they will dispute it, and will credit me back my money and go after the other party for fraud!

Pack the living hell out of stuff. Now, try not to think about this with a dirty mind... WRAP IT LIKE THERES NO TOMORROW. Put stuff in a solid box, envelopes tend to get torn at major postal offices if they aren't flat...

If i buy something i expect to get the item and if someone wants to buy something from me the thought of ripping them off doesn't even cross my mind at all. Sorry to hear about this hopefully you either get the item or your money back, but now at least everyone knows he's a douchebag and to never buy anything from him.

i used my credit card through paypal so i was double backed up but both have 30 day limits...

sucks that people have to worry about getting ripped off. Especially on this website. If i buy something i expect to get the item and if someone wants to buy something from me the thought of ripping them off doesn't even cross my mind at all. ive heard of deals going sour on a bunch of forums that i'm on (somewhere around 16).

but this is one of the most honest and trusting sites of all of them. sucks to hear about this. I don't want to worry about "if" someone will do what they say.

we all love ford's here. and i'd rather my dollar go to someone that will better their truck, not some auto parts store.
