I bought a brand Ranger back in the 80's that had 4:10's and trac locks front and rear.
My 88 BII has 4:10's and a trac lock in the 7.5.
Ebay has new LSD's, lockers and lunchbox lockers for the 7.5

I did the explorer 8.8 swap. Came with 3.73 gears and a limited slip, as well as disc brakes.
Super easy to do and ruff stuff makes the swap parts for it.
