Bundy Hill St. Patty's Day Run

Since I never have time to work on the Ranger around here, I decided to use 2 vacation days to work on the Ranger. Now how to tell my wife? LOL

Lol, she will find out somehow.

This weather puts me into stock pile mode. I accumulate parts want/need then the first nice week of spring game on.

Yeah, its still cold. My shop is 1260 sq ft, non insulated. Its tough to get her warm with that wood burner. But its better than outside! :icon_hornsup: No complaints. I can hold about 45-50 when its around 20 degree outside. That is flannel temperature. My favorite.
My issue is time and that dually project. But I got that out and the Ranger is in. That is step one lol

HAHA I know exactly what you mean! I now have 3 transfercases for that one day I want to build a doubler

I'm trying to find a garage to work in. Doesn't even need to be heated! Anything is better than out on my driveway.

The wiring harness on the driver's side kickpanel caught fire the other day. Seems the P.O. had an alarm in there and when he removed it, he soldered all the connections back together and wrapped it with electrical tape. I'm assuming from the heater being on, the electrical tape softened and starting falling off.
All I know is, I was driving along and next thing I know, the cab was filling with smoke. It melted way up into the dash. :annoyed:

i feel spoiled now. i get to work on my truck at work in a t shirt..... i guess i dont have an excuse for my truck to not be ready. but it is currently ready. hopefully nothing will break by the time march 16th rolls around.

Got my rear axleshaft, bearing and seal changed out. The bossman let me use the hoist afterhours. I'm ready to go! Except for finishing my wiring for my CB and 2m radios then putting my toolbox back into the bed.
