I hit a deer, then it went under my tire and caused me to go into a slide, then I went into a ditch then hit a tree....sucks

All street legal ORV's/4x4's must be insured if driven into the park.

I'm assuming that even though it is street legal-able, it doesn[t have to be insured if you don't drive it into the park?

thats the way it sounds... drive it in with plates and insurance, or trailer it in.

Well I am out for sure... I put new wheels are tires on my truck and i need to get them balanced so i can drive over like 45 mph or it gets a really nasty wobble...

You were dragging a dune buggy out. Ya'll seem'ed busy so i didn't want to bother ya. Thought it might be weird for some stranger in a Jeep to walk up and start talking about TRS.

well next time say something! yeah that was my buddy's sand rail. he didnt make it 5 mins before he blew apart a cv joint. limiting strap broke and let the suspension over travel. that was my cousin with the red minivan with the quad stuffed in the back too. he flipped it the same exact time the sand rail broke.
