So...this vid is just a joke. It seems to me it was a just put together as a another stupid Utube joke..there is no purpose to what happened. The guy filming it just happened to be really far away from the strap because he knew what was going to happen...so it is just a made for Utube joke. The guy in the Ranger does not seem upset that the bumper came off. They filmed it to see how many hits it can get.
