Built third members?

Anyone know where I could get a built third member for an 8.8, rather than having to change my gears and carrier? Other than Currie ($$$)? I was looking on 4WheelParts and they've got high pinion thirds but they're for 9s, so that won't help me much, right? I'm looking for one with something between 4.56s and 4.88s and a Detroit to run 35s with my 4.0L. Thanks.

8.8s aren't drop out 3rd members. You can't get one anywhere. You have to build it in your axle housing.

8.8? The 8.8s don't use a seperate 3rd member. I assume you mean the pig from the Dana 35. I don't know of any company building them. I probably would have gone that route if there had been.

The gears go from 4.56 to 4.88. You might find a different set for the front or the rear, but not for both. Good luck!
