Bronco Will not start?????

I have an 89 bronco II, with a 2.9L and I can’t get it to crank over. I have two new starters, new relay, new battery, and new battery cables. All I get is the starter barely to crank, and then the battery cables smoke, and sometimes the relay will get stuck. I even tried a remote starter button, and get the same result with it..... Any help????

Yeah, I have been looking into that, trying to fine a starting point is fun. haha
