bronco/toyota trade?

i own a 1992 ford bronco 4x4 fullsize 302 5.0 261000 miles runs and drives great new tranny in 2003. but eats gas and needs a rebuild soon. guy wants to trade me for a 1984 toyota 4runner 4x4 22r 5speed solid axles already has 31s. topend was rebuilt not too long ago.200,000 miles. straight up trade.
should i do it?
