bronco II parts car questions

If you were closer me and B2 addict would fight to the death for your B2........

Don't waste it at least. next time by a Ranger Parts vehicle, I'm going to bed....

The BII isn't going to waste. I bought it to rebuild the Ranger so that's what it's getting used for. I know someone else with a BII so I will ask her if she needs any parts, although hers is an 89 so i'm not sure what all is different besides the engine.

If u do decide to part it out, send that hatch door to Oklahoma, I want one w a glass that will lift

For anyone that was posting in this thread urging me not to part out the Bronco II...

The ranger ended up being the parts car. I still have the BII 10 years later, although it's not running as of last summer. It'll get fixed and on the road again =)

ive had a ranger and a Bii, and although the ranger was more practical the bronco is just such a weird little "truck" ide have to say I like it more.

The Bronco II is a lot of fun. It's been good to me over the years so I intend to return the favor. Good thing I have a full size truck (also a Ford) to fetch the parts =-)

This is exactly why I have a collection, lol. Logically I should probably send my 88 on it’s way because I don’t really have a need for it, but I have a hard time parting with it since it was my first BII. Probably really should trim down to my choptop, green Ranger and the dump truck, but hey, what’s the fun in that, lol

You know why I ended up with my Bronco II? I had a ranger long bed pickup. Good for hauling wood and big stuff, not good for hauling tools and stuff for remote work. So I was looking for a cap to put on it. A little difficult but not impossible, since it was a longbed. Found some caps, $350-$700 depending on condition. Then I ran across this Bronco II. Talked him down to $550. It has a built in cap :) Now I have room to put my tools and they won't get wet.

I had a 85 ranger when I originally made this post, and found the BII for 450, bought it for parts... But I ended up liking it more than the Ranger so the truck became the parts =) It's a good little vehicle. I am currently in the process of gathering parts to fix 'er up.

Decadant updates......it is getting normal around here. I like it.
