I don't think it was braided from ford, on mine its just nylon

The lines that thread onto fuel rail? I've never seen one not braided stainless. At least for fuel injected models.

Same. The only factory braided lines beyond the rail connection pieces I’ve seen is 98/99 Rangers which also have some stainless hard line. Very strange. But I’ve seen two like that and by 00 they were back to plain nylon lines
