Bronco 2 4WD Engine Mounts?

Been trying to find a driver side motor mount, but it seems like the 1985 version is out of stock everywhere. I looked through the parts catalog and saw that the revision was the same across the 4WD 2.8l (E4TZ 6038B) and the later 2.9 2WD (E9TZ 6038B). Anyone know if they are compatible? Thanks

Same on the engine side. Same engine mounts should bolt to the 2.8, 2.9, and even 4.0.

Can't speak for the frame side. There were frame differences between 2wd and 4wd Rangers, but I don't know how it affected the motor mounts. While the front half of the frame was common to the Ranger, all BIIs used the 4wd frame design.

2.9 lists a different part number than the 2.8 for the left/drivers side mount. The 2.9 one is available special order but the 2.8 one not so much. I don’t know if they interchange. Passenger/right side is the same number for both.
